How It Works
Suria Bumiria Sdn Bhd manages the ferry terminal operations — ticketing, waiting areas, boarding coordination, and terminal facilities. Once passengers board, responsibility transfers to our registered boat operators who handle vessel operations, navigation, crew, and passenger safety during transit.
All operators are licensed, carry valid insurance, and comply with Sabah Port Authorities (SPA) regulations and standards.

Suria Bumiria Sdn Bhd does not operate boats directly. We manage terminal operations and ensure all operators meet regulatory requirements. Your safety during the journey is the responsibility of your chosen operator.
